My first suggestion has to do with powers and the joining form. I was thinking that maybe we could add something to the form that looks a little like this...
Purchased Powers:

Strength/Speed:
Ranking:
Masks:
Other:
You could only list powers you purchased and wanted to give to your character. Here's a sample form...
Physical:
-Odd eye color
Strength/Speed:
-Long/Sharp Teeth
-Long/Sharp Claws
-Extremely Fast
Ranking:
-Leader of a Pack
Masks:
-Quality Mask
Other:
-None
I doubt anyone would use that many 'powers' on one character, though. The masks would have to be updated often, by either staff or the member.

Next, I wanted to suggest some 'Powers'.
Changing Color Eyes- Eyes that can change colors at the dog's will or depending on things such as emotions or the time of day.
Reusable Mask- Reusable mask that lasts six months prior to the time it's used. It recharges over the time period of two and a half months, where it can then work for another six months before 'recharging' again.
High Ranking Pack Member- A member of a pack that has a high rank in that pack. ET may or may not be included.
Of course, there isn't actually a list of powers yet and these or powers similar may already be planned for this website.
